Compliance & Accountability
The Temple of Infinite Abundance is a nonprofit religious organization organized in the State of Texas. We operate as a church under Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code and are recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3).
Exempt Purpose
We are organized and operated exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes. All income and assets are used solely to advance our mission of spiritual remembrance, alignment, and embodied abundance. No part of the net earnings benefits any private individual.
Governance
The Temple is managed by a Board of Directors in accordance with our bylaws. Directors and officers serve without private benefit, and all decisions require quorum and are recorded in official minutes. Conflicts of interest must be disclosed and do not invalidate board votes.
Prohibited Activities
– We do not endorse, oppose, or contribute to political candidates.
– We do not engage in activities inconsistent with §501(c)(3).
– We do not permit private inurement or excessive benefit.
Financial Stewardship
– Compensation, if any, is reasonable and for actual services rendered.
– All assets remain dedicated to our exempt purposes.
– Upon dissolution, assets will be distributed only to other 501(c)(3) religious or charitable organizations.
Legal Compliance
We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Officers and directors are indemnified under Texas law for actions taken in good faith in service of the Temple.
